Dear Mrs. Simmonds
It is with great sadness and regret to inform you that I am tendering my resignation as a Cleaner at MacLellan. My last day of employment would be on Friday 3rd of July 2009.
It has been a great and life-changing experience working as part of the team at AQA Guildford for the past couple of years, but my commitment towards the completion of my studies at the University of Surrey must be given a higher priority.
Thank you for the support and the opportunities that you have provided me during my employment. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance during this transition.
